Having log-in issues? Please read!

Hello Community,

We have received reports of the forum not letting you log-in issue. There is no issue at all with the forum system or the reset password feature.
We created a fresh account to test the following forum system functions and they were running 100% correct.

- New User Registration
- Account Activation
- Password change request with the "Forgot Password" feature.
- Changing the password via User Control Panel

Test account used: Test User

Please, if your unable to log-in, please change your password immediately since you probably forgot your password. When the forgot password e-mail is send to you, it will also send a link with such password to activate that new password. Please click on that link to activate the password and use that password to log-in once again to the forum and proceed to change the password to a password of your choice in your "User Control Panel" --> Profile and then go to "Account settings" to change the password.

I would also like to add that there is no issues with old forum accounts as well.

This is a sample of the new password activation e-mail that you will receive:

You are receiving this notification because you have (or someone pretending
to be you has) requested a new password be sent for your account on "The
Dark Legion - Community Forum". If you did not request this notification
then please ignore it, if you keep receiving it please contact the board
administrator.

To use the new password you need to activate it. To do this click the link
provided below.

If successful you will be able to login using the following password:

Password: 3D7LJEE6W

You can of course change this password yourself via the profile page. If
you have any difficulties please contact the board administrator.

If you continue to have any issues, please make sure to send an e-mail to forum(at)thedarklegion(dot)org (forum@thedarklegion.org) with the e-mail you used to register to the forum.

Please send in a printscreen of the EXACT error your receiving!

To help us localize your issue, it would be prudent to take printscreens of the exact error that you are receiving in whatever steps you seem to be encountering your issue.
Please send that in with the e-mail you send us to change your password manually.
